ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
David Gordon is an artist, and a children’s book author and illustrator with passion for airplanes, trucks, tractors, construction equipment, and basically all cool heavy machinery. He was born and raised in Colorado and then later moved to New York City to attend Parsons School of Design. After graduating, Dave moved out to California where he created concept art for Pixar’s Toy Story I and II, A Bug’s Life, Monsters, Inc., and Cars, as well as working on Sponge Bob Squarepants and Blue Sky’s Robots. He also wrote and illustrated The Ugly Truckling and The Three Little Rigs.
